  • All orders are in stock and will be shipped immediately.

  • At this time, Redpeppercases.com ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Redpeppercases.com ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, and other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
  • International
  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. It is the customers responsibility to handle any customs issues.  Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Some orders can take up to 90 days due to customs and other unforeseen issues.
  • Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Redpeppercases.com is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
  • Return Policy
  • We only have returns on items that were incorrect. Example "if you place an order and the item that is sent to you is incorrect, color, or phone size then you can exchange it for the correct item."
  • If the box is opened, then this voids your return.
  • THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS FOR CASH, WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT.
  • (PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO REFUNDS ON SCREEN PROTECTORS AT ALL DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PRODUCT) 
  • Please mail or call to begin return process.
    • Buyer must note that there is a $15 restock and cleaning fee if the item is opened.
    • Redpeppercases.com reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
  • Order Processing Time
  • Orders take 2-3 business day to fully process depending on stock, from that point it is 5-7 business day shipping for the ordered item. The total can be up to 14 business days shipping time.
  • Cancellations
  • We do not have cancellations, once you order it will be processed and you will have to pay the restock fee. If the order is international the restock fee is higher at $50 this includes shipping and processing costs.
  • Refunds For Store Credit
  • We only offer refunds on factory broken, incorrect or damaged items. This means if your item arrives and it is damaged or broken in any way, we will give you an exchange. (THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ON SCREEN PROTECTORS) There will be no returns at all after 30 days.
  • Warranties
  • We do not have any warranty.
